Desert Sky
Desert Sky is one of the most popular Quiltworx beginner patterns to date. Only one paper piecing block makes up this pattern, setting it up to be "easy".
This class will teach you how to cut out papers & fabric using the Quiltworx method, along with paper piecing and curved piecing techniques, with many tips and tricks along the way.
Meet the Instructor
Ana Blickenderfer has been teaching quilting for over 12 years. Since falling in love with paper piecing and patterns by Judy Niemeyer, Ana has completed over 70 of their quilts within 5 years and the number continues to grow.
Quilting is a passion of Ana's. She lives to teach quality quilt making and numerous techniques that apply to all types of quilting, not just paper piecing.
Ana has become known around the world for her kits and eye for color. She always goes the extra mile - every Quiltworx kit is cut into strips, labeled and bagged by group, saving her students hours of time.
